Even a GT will run fine stock with a turbo.
like a different local guy with an 04+ gtp that has a 3.3 pulley with an overkill tune, 104's, 180 thermostat, headers and full exhaust. Chip is going to be knocking on that dude's door pretty soon. He was asking if he could borrow someones scan gauge to see if it had kr. I dont think it will take long for chip to start knocking on his door.
Car had a random misfire issue that I could not for the life of me figure out. It would cause random spikes of KR, like 6* while cruising, was passing someone on the interstate one day on my way home and the car just started to run like crap and the ses light started flashing. Limped it home and started pulling plugs.

only if you not using a intercooler with the turbo. how else guys running 18 to 20 psi?
Some do run coolant lines to them, most just have oil lines run to them, but for turbos heat is a good thing.
heat/pressure is what turns the impellers, the intercooler is post turbo, so the air going into the engine gets cooled, if the intercooler does its job good then the air going into the engine is close to ambient air temperature.
Exactly. Some guys actually use a turbo blanket to keep more heat in the turbo as it can help spool time and efficiency. The downside it is can hurt longevity if you don't allow the turbo to cool before you shut the car down.

Even then turbo timers aren't super necessary. If you go and run the car hard just drive it easy and keep it out of boost for the last few miles of your drive. At that point a 20-30 second cool down is plenty.
Turbos do melt the plastic vac lines if they run to close but on the gp's the vac lines are really far away
