Iv posted plenty of pics, 100lb for shoulders to, stand up with that **** and walk it on over. 100lb dumbell curl, now thats ok to drop on the floor.

i used to flip 100 lb roll of roofing material up on my shoulder and hump it up a ladder for 30 feet or so daily, and way more then once a day lol
truth is i earned huge calves from all them stair master work outs.
i dare ya to try a 60 lb propane tank thats full. is closer to 160 lb's, and the gas moves in the tanks, fun time. ive only seen a few guys do it. and we were all large guys.
you are way stronger than I. only thing I ever had to move around a lot was 110 round 30mm bullet cans. they weighed about 100 lbs, and are supposed to be a 2 man lift. we loaded the 30mm bullets on the apache.
i did have youth on my side at the time. id quit that job today lol
