towed a gxp today

So to start off I get a call for a grand prix broke down, I get there to find a GXP with what I could tell to be a flat front tire (I pulled up on the other side of him). After getting out and talking to him he shows me his flat tire and the front right half of his car covered in the "fix a flat" foam from our ****ty tire pump. After he *****es about how ****ty the pump was and the mess it made, I was able to make him happier as I told him that just a few months ago I had the same thing happen to me. It also made me feel better knowing im not the only one who ran into this problem.

Now I will say the pump alone is a "decent" 12v pump, but the can of fix a flat they put on it was a fail in my eyes.

I guess this is another one of those 'you know you drive a grand prix if' moments

Went through the sane thing. That's why I have full coverage and get a tow if I need. And the spare tire well now has a batter my box to make use of the space

why are these gp owners driving around with out a spare tire? and fix a flat blows, carry a plug kit, that way you can fix it on the car still most of the time.

I think the gxp comes stock with "fix a flat" and no spare tire.

I think the early GXP cars came with a 17 inch aluminum spare that would fit over the front brakes. The last GXP models did not get them. Like the first GXP models getting Alcoa rims.

GXPs are equppied with a uber garbage fix flat goo /compressor and that's it.

No spare tires were ever included. You'd have to steal a Bonneville Gxp spare tire.

Thanks for clearing that up. I wound up with a Bonneville gxp spare.
