What are you guys getting for fuel mileage in your cars? I filled my car up in Whitehall and drove to traverse city and back running between 60-65 with some heavy throttle passing on the way home and barley burned 3/8 tank.

I have no idea how far it is from whitehall to traverse city, so therefore your measure of a 3/8 a tank to do it means absolutely nothing to me.

I could tell you I can drive round trip to work with no other driving for three weeks without filling up, but that wouldn't mean much.

Anyway.. I get like 20-22 MPG with my average almost all city driving.
If I take a road trip I get closer to 28-30 MPG.

    This is totally a rant.

    I'm raging I only get 13 mpg.

******* broken O2 sensors and using all the AC.

From Whitehall to Traverse city was about 264 miles. I guess I should've been more specific for the people who don't know how to use Google Maps...

I average about 18-20mpg in the turbo Regal, mixed driving.
On the highway, if I'm nice to it, I'll get mid-upper 20s.

    LMFAO!
I'm sure most people know how to use google maps just fine...but why would they do that to figure out your miles travelled?
If your asking why would you not figure it out yourself?

Did you fill up when you got back? How many gallons did you use. I would bet you actually used ore than half a tank of gas. Without knowing exactly how many gallons used, this is all pure speculation.

My car straight city with traffic and AC gets like 16-18. Half and half gets me about 23-24. Straight highway I easily pop 30s. Best I've seen was 34.3 MPG.

So you went 528 miles ( 264 each way ) and only used 6 gallons? Not a chance in hell. Even taking into account that the "top half" of the tank lasts longer if you top it off and you used more like 10 gallons...not going to happen. Now if you meant 264 miles total round trip and burned 8-10 gallons, you are in the plausible range.
