I work in customer service/retail and whenever I have a customer asking something from me, or asking questions, or having a problem I put myself into their situation before I react. When you're operating a business the customer really does come first.

So I don't understand why some operators think its cool to ignore customers. I've emailed 4 businesses with different questions and subjects this past month and not a single one has given me a response, most recent one I sent being 3 weeks ago. Like, oh man sorry, I was going to give you my money for the services and items you offer, my bad.

Seriously, even if you read it and can't help me or don't know, atleast tell me that so I'm not hanging around waiting and wondering.

They must not want your hard earned greenbacks to much. The rare occasions when I get bad customer service or someone who seems that there more interested in what they're doing later that night instead of answering my questions I take my money elsewhere.
