I'm sick as hell. Have to go into work because some dumbass downloaded a virus. I leave here Friday after sending out a memo about the FBI Moneypak virus. I tell everyone what it is and not to open it. By yesterday someone has it.

There's a reason only 2 groups call their customers users. The drug dealer and the IT professional.

Some people have no business sitting in front of a keyboard. Truly frightening some of the stuff I've seen people do. And I'm not even a support tech - I'm a developer...

My main job is IT Management, then development and then network support. There are so many PC problems I never get to do much unless there's an emergency. I now call myself the IT Fireman.
