seems like street racing all together has gone downhill to none existent when I was about 20 they had issued a law stating if cops saw you driving on a certain patch of road more than twice you could be cited for cruising...and they took full advantage of it idk if similar things were happening in different states but they don't like those hooligan street racers tearing up their roads

you could call ludacris and ask him to shut down a cpl blocks and hijack a bridge you get really desperate
