Has anyone on here gone to Lincoln Tech in Indy or anywhere? I'm on my 12th month there right now and it is a horrible school so far. All the trainer boards are in half working order. Of course they don't have money to fix those but they had enough money to repaint the whole school and diamond plate all the walls in the cafeteria. Haven't really learned diagnoisis just how to remove and replace stuff. In brakes class we turned rotors and drums for 4 days straight for "practice" if you can't figure it out in one day you shouldn't be in the automotive field.....and who turns rotors that much anyways. They usually will just warp again.......Then they have 4 prius hybrids that sit in the shop so they can tell students that tour the building that they teach hybrid technology and you can get a job working on hybrids after you graduate and that hybrid techs are in high demand blah blah blah. But the only thing they do with them is show you the orange cables and tell you "don't touch thoes". Just curious as to other peoples automotive schools experience. Cuz for 30k this is $#!tty
The only good thing i do have to say is their teachers for fuel systems and automatic transmissions are very good i did learn a lot in thoes classes but other than that they suck.
