Over the holidays his louvers weren't my top priority in life. I had a number of pumps shipped in the last two weeks that all went out just fine - his package was forgotten on the floor 4 feet away.

im not seeing any issues here minus that zach didnt say specifically that he was out of town and the package was set for auto-pickup, which isnt really a necessary thing to mention. guy has been in the community for going on forever and for him to screw it up now over some louvers would be retarded.

you try and run a small business. this is why wbodystore always gets slammed. they are a small operation and people expect turnaround times of walmart.

I hate to ship because people expect shiz to be overnighted. And during the holidays? Cool your jets man, Jesus. I have the same situation with a toolbagfuch on LS1 about a torque arm right now. I swear, I'm going to "pickup only" terms from here on out.

I don't have a problem with the slow shipping times really. But it is how he handled the situation. You can be professional and even when the customer pisses you off, you still smile and try to accommodate them best as possible. Or you can act completely unprofessional and like a little kid and treat the customer like dirt. I think the OP was very nice in waiting a week for even the tracking number. If you say you are going to send a tracking number, don't just blow him off. Do it.

all im reading is excuses and BS. if you cannot manage a business in a respectful way while treating your customers with dignity then stop selling parts.

    "stop crying"
    "stop whining"
"not my no.1 priority on christmas"

    this is a PAYING CUSTOMER!

im sure if you told him that you were out of town and they were set for auto-pickup, but somehow they didnt see it, The OP probably would have been OK with that.

But lets not ruin the guys reputataion over a mistake from the Postal service. The situation was handled wrong, and Tengis should not have sent those texts telling him to stop crying etc...

Yes that would of been fine seeing as how mistakes happen. But what he did was shipped them when he seen it and hoped I would get them b4 I started asking about them again instead of just telling me the truth when he seen what happened. The only thing I am upset about is how he handled the situation. And even after me threatening about disputing it he wouldn't tell me the truth so I did dispute it. I will be closing the dispute with paypal once I receive them today.
