Apparently no one seen the thread on CGP where they asked for pics of WBody's to use? Mine just so happened to get chosen...

But i like your theory better. I only nutswing on him because he is a god.

the downside is that they DO have the biggest selection with better prices then the "others"

its a lose lose for us
I looked into this to see what you could possibly be talking about. What I found was that Matt P sent you an email telling you that we didn't have the right color and size combination to fill your order. He then asked if you would prefer clear. When you didn't respond, he sent out a clear pulley and sent you an email to let you know that it was shipped and told you about the color change. Then you started in by asking how he could be so stupid. He went on to explain that most people would prefer to get the right size vs. getting the right color if we didn't have the right combo. This statement was made to explain why we chose to send out the alternate color, but only in the event that we did not hear back from you about your options. We try to avoid just letting the order sit to avoid having customers getting angry because the order didn't ship.

So do you want a prepaid label? I figured a 3.5 pulley was better than no pulley at all. The way I c it is that your brother would upset now that there is no pulley at all.

people are usually happy when they get the right size pulley? does that not sound dumb? when i order something, its what i expect to show up. im not gonna be like "oh golly, im so glad i got the right size! yayyyyy good job zzp, you can read!" and not that it matters to any of you but im surprising my brother with a built GTP for his birthday on friday..he is dying from leukemia and had a specific dream mod list he wrote up last summer so im trying to make it happen for him hence why im upset...and not for nothing but i ALSO supplied a cell no. which noone at zzp even tried becasuse youd rather send out wrong ****. good day to you sir

Most of the time people would have been happy to get the correct size regardless the color. We emailed you a couple times and did not receive a response, so we went ahead and shipped you out the clear. The 3.5 pulleys are being made right now and will not have black in stock for at least a month. Most people wouldn’t get this upset over the color of a pulley. Comparing it to a valve cover is not even close to a color of a pulley. Black and clear is not even close to blue and red. The comparison is ridiculous as black and clear match with everything while red and blue are drastically different. Regardless, It’s not a big deal. We can send you a prepaid label. No need to go psycho over a color of a pulley. It’s not like we said you are stuck with it. Give us an opportunity to fix an issue before losing your marbles. I don’t know what’s going on with you, but your attitude over something so minor is a little ridiculous and uncalled for.

    Unnecessary.

To be fair, so was this:

can you really be that stupid?
So the customer threw the first punch, but Matt didn't help.

I've never had trouble with you guys, minus the VC gaskets, which I'm told only fit your polished covers properly.

But I have called before, professionalism goes a long way.

80% of complaints, 20% of customers sound reasonable?

    you could always paint it

black is an easy color to paint no way anyone could tell the difference

paint and powdercoat are way different. paint would rub right off the second the belt slips.

Notice how legit questions about ZZP or the site have been asked but they'd rather stop by and try to make their customer look bad when they didn't even give him a day to respond to the email?
Email sent Oct 31st 4:34pm. Email saying it was shipped Nov 1st 12:29am. NICE.
That happened to me when I ordered something from DennisKirk and they actually called me to find out what I wanted to do with the order.

i said paint as in if it was that necessary to have it black. Of course it would rub off where the belt makes contact.

I dig the new web site.

How ever, would actually like to get a email reply from them when I send them one with a question, or problem with one of their products. The emails go unanswered, for far too long...the problem doesn't go away, faced with it every day...

Maybe I will send another email to them, again, and see if they get that one.

I do agree...their customer service needs work. Both in email form, as well as them actually being there during business hours and answer the phone, let alone return your call when you leave a message.

Sometimes I get a reply, sometimes my questions get answered...sometimes only one question from the many gets answered.

Not how I would treat my customers.
