She failed a lie dectector test already. The whole drunk thing is just a desperate lie to get the charge down to 2nd degree manslaughter when she is finally convicted. Notice she didn't say how much or what she drank?
They are cooperating with the police less and less, now they won't let them re-interview family members. The cadaver dog picked up a sent in the home also.
Fortunatly for her daughter they aren't going to let what happened with CA happen again so there might be some justice when the mother and or father go to jail.

She said that she drank enough to get drunk. my thing with this is if you're a mother and you know you have a sick kid that you know is going to wake up in the middle of the night, why would you go and drink yourself into a drunken stupor.

This whole case pisses me off. and it's right in my back yard. if she gets charged i hope i'm called in for jury duty.

They've searched the house, so the cops know if there was any alcohol in it or empty beer cans in the garbage. I'm only interested in this because I saw the mother pretending to cry on the news one morning while I was getting ready for work.
Even though Scott Peterson is on death row with less evidence than CA had, they need to take their time and not rush to trial. Plus the more time they give her the more statements (lies) she is going to make and hurt herself.
