well my motor threw in the towel last night just about ready to roll over to 245,000 miles. I was over at dave's house so he could scan/tune it and during the 2nd pull a piston ring went bye bye. time for a l26 and used cam i guess. she had a good run though and was getting tired. anyone with some good deals on a used cam or engine pm me. Im still hungover at work this morning from drowning my sorrows last night...

Its going to be a high compression block with a cam and its not that dave wasnt being safe with the tune, he knows what he's doing, it had 0 kr on stock timing before it happened and i know for a fact the motor was on borrowed time anyways since when i bought it the previous owner had put 100,000+ miles on it w/3.4 and no supporting mods what so ever. so yea it was bound to happen eventually, so why not build it up stronger and faster
