Re: Got pulled over today....
Well i picked up a buddy once and he had a cup.
Since the front passenger was occupied, he sat in the rear.
I asked what was in the cup. I was told it was apple juice.
Found out five minutes later it was rum.
Not surprising to find out he later wrote off his own car.

Re: Got pulled over today....
I've been stopped 3 times. 1 ticket and 2 mistakes.
First and only ticket: 70 in a 55. Everybody was doing 70, but I was the only one with silver flames on my hood.
Mistake #1) They pulled me over because my plate didn't match my car. The geniuses at the BMV had decided to key it in as a 2003 GTP instead of a 1997 GTP. The cop was nice about it at least, and actually was able to correct the problem with a report.
Mistake #2) I was pulled over in a case of mistaken plate, because 661 and 611 look pretty similar. I was willing to go along with it, even when two more cops showed up and they asked me to step out of the car. After asking me a bunch of general questions (where are you going, where do you live, etc etc) I asked them if I could reach in my glove box. Of course they allowed it. I pulled out my BMV receipt and showed it to them. They were still not convinced I was the owner after I'd showed them my BMV receipt and my driver's license, which matched the receipt and the registration. I finally had to go so far as to pull my Birth Certificate out of my ****ing wallet and show it to them. Even that wasn't quite enough. Only after walking back and running it again did the third cop realize they had the wrong plate. Worst hour and a half policing experience I've ever had...

I have the short form in my wallet (the certificate looking one, not the long form, which is the bracket-fest). It's folded down to wallet-size and it's actually the original. Might have to get it replaced soon, it's starting to....decompose. I've had too many times when it was required that I have a second form of ID (doesn't happen every day, granted, but often enough). Thus I started carrying a second easy version. Nobody has ever successfully mugged me, and I don't lose important things like my wallet (nor my keys!), so I have little to worry about.
Re: Got pulled over today....
thats cool man would u b able to laminate it maybe? not sure if thats legal since u cant do it to ur ss card but idk how it is where ur from.
Re: Got pulled over today....
you can't laminate them and still be valid here.

For two forms of ID I carry my license and a passport card.
