So lets jump back a year...built the motor all was fine then, since i don't drive much in the winter, 4,000 miles later flex plate bolts break lose and start backing out (zzp flex plate bolts) now here i am again except this time it started with a noisy blower...so i decided to order all new bearing for it and to rebuild it well then i noticed that it wasn't just the blower making noise but also yet again the flex plate wobbling around so i pretty much said **** got mad drank a few beers to forget about it for awhile, so the next day i start to rip things apart, and since i dread having to pull the motor again i decided to start off by rebuilding the s/c so i take it off undo the snout pull the rotor;s out and to no surprise the housing is all marked up from the rotor;s, so i continue on and disassemble the snout and the bearing on the end of the snout was a breeze but the rear on that was on the shaft not so much seeing as (and as far as i know the aren't suppose to be like this) the end where you pull the gear off someone hit with a socket to make a lip so that it couldn't be pulled with a puller...so had to go get it pressed out...so then i move onto the case bearings (easy to replace) and just then i was wondering about the rotor bearing...and what do you know those are also bad and from what i have read it is better just to buy a lower mileage complete blower then it is going threw the hassle of replacing the rotor pack bearings...so now i am sitting here wondering why my flex plate bolts keep coming lose and how to prevent it from happening again, while at the same time seriously debating on selling the car although it would be a lose for me seeing as i just got an i/c and a sd hood and they havent even made it on the car yet.... I am just getting tired of pulling this thing apart it seems like it never get to enjoy it...i didn't even get on it since the last time i fixed this flex plate bolt problem so how they came lose again just boggles my mind

so lets add this up
$5k for a build
+ $1k for hood (theses are loose figures of course)
+ $1,200 for 1/c
+ $800 misc.
--------------
0 enjoyment wtf?
