He was shot 8times, multiple shots in the back, legs, and 1 shot in his shoulder.

Good. I understand that even good guys make mistakes but, failures like this need to be addressed and policies changed or done away with. Someone made a mistake that got one LEO a bullet and killed another man.

I don't want you guys to get the wrong opinion of me. I am for laws and law enforcement. With that being said, I don't agree with all known laws and how the enforcement is carried out.
