You all know of the aptitude/attitude tests you take for a job that make the final decision on you getting an interview or not? Well it was finally brought to my attention from a friend that let me apply at her store that the computer did not approve of me deaming me "overproductive, high risk, too much aggression towards getting the job done can lead to counter-productivity" which really let me down. Luckily she sent the me the test with the answers of what question has what value.... Well i just took another one of those tests and it immediately showed "Not suited for work with this company"
am i doing wrong here? this is ridiculous... its bad enough i can't find electrical work so i'm stuck applying for entry level jobs but to get denied from majority of these jobs due to a stupid test? since when is being "overproductive" (if that's even possible) a bad thing? and what am i supposed to do? i couldn't even cheat on these things.... guess i gotta just count my losses and join the air force or change cities and try and find construction work.... ugh this is really bringing me down guys! i'm working now making 700 bucks a month when rent alone is 725! i'm between a rock and a hard place here
