I have grown to hate them... And again I am brought to be displeased.
While my car was still under warranty (surpassed mile warranty about a month ago). I had a hesitation issue and some rough shifting or lack of shifting. It was suggested to clean the throttle body... however after checking that its still very clean has a metal look and very little black material. Also one time it did set off a P0300 for random misfire that they could not find.
So I was browsing some more and found out that GM tech bullitain was released way back in 04... for the 04-05 MY GTP there is a new PCM cal that solves this EXACT problem....
It states in the bullitain if a P0300 is set and these complaints are made and there is no obvious reasons to reflash with this new cal... Also it gives information on how to do this under warranty. Now I have to take all my service records up there today just to see if they will honor theyre mistake and still do it free of charge since they overlooked this before.. Come on really?
