The mouse on my laptop randomly stopped working today... I slept it because I was going to sleep. Then I decided I couldn't sleep so I got it back out. It worked fine at the login screen where you type your password, but once it loaded the desktop it just stopped? Everything else works and I shut it down and restarted it in safe mode w/ networking and the mouse works fine but it doesn't work when it's not in safe mode...Its an Asus UL something with Windows 7. Any help is appreciated..

Go into safemode and rollback the driver. If that doesn't work hook up a wired mouse and reinstall the factory mouse driver. If it works in safemode then its a driver compatibility issue.

Driver .dll file must not have probably deactivated and corupted, it happens.
Reinstall the driver.
