So turns out those strut mounts were in the box the whole time... D'oh!

i have to lol....

To be fair, we had them in the strut boxes. The one pair of endlinks was missing though.

Embarrassing for both of us nonetheless though. I'm outing Jason so he can share in the public shame. :D

i like this. ^^ you hoping on here and sorting it out. thats the kind of business i want to go through. im not sure if ive been a customer of yours before ( probably was for something small), but i will definetly be one in the future. :th_thumbsup-wink: yaay mike LOL

Wow that was interesting! Kudos to you Mike for resolving this in a civil manner. Not all vendors do this. Makes me want to buy things from your site vs others now... ;)

Im happy i read this. Hearing about WBS problems made me question ordering from there, and im about to order 500+ in parts. Now ill order for sure. Just couple moar weeks.

Glad everything is resolved. I tend to get a little miffed when my order is messed up from on-line vendors. It happens more often than I ever expected.
