Either way, I have heard some good things about you guys too, so maybe it all evens out. This remark just seems wrong to me.
Why is this shady? Your the one who's shady if you think a vendor shouldn't be informed of a possible pricing error on their site. It doesn't sound like anyone here has an honest interest at heart, just their own. Finding ways to get the lowest price regardless of how it's done.

IMHO what was said was wrong about the price increase. However, price isnt always the main thing to look at. As mentioned with the gas prices sometimes the cheapest stuff doesnt come with the best quality/customer service. I avoid some gas places with cheap gas cause ive gotten bad gas before.

Personally I have had no problem in interacting with ZZP.

Ok, so there prices are higher than others, and what you just said there customer service is good, well i would have to disagree! I go with intense which is cheaper, and they have 100% better service, they answer phones right away.

I have never had a bad conversation with ZZP. I make sure they have the product on hand and ask about when it will be shipped before ordering from them, because of issues others have had, but the item has always been received as previously discussed. If the research is not done and the SPECIFIC question(s) are not asked before ordering and assumptions are made that falls back on the person making the assumptions.

A company has to make business to keep the doors open. How much profit they need to do that is up to them. Overhead charges in SC compared to CA are not the same. Shipping from those two locations are not the same. Hours of operation are not the same hence the customer service issues that can occur.

Dare I say please don't think just of "you" and look at the entire variables in the equation. Nobody’s prices are being justified or saying who is better than whom just asking that the entire picture be looked at. If the prices aren't liked go somewhere else.

When we had an alternator on an International combine burn up we took it apart and found the brushes to be bad. We went to order them and they said it was a 3 week waiting period. It ended up being 3 months. The parts were more than available in the US, but we were in Russia. Does that make them a band vendor? NIMO We paid way over the price to have the product purchased in the US and shipped to us in Russia, but it saved us 3 months of lost production. So, in the end how much money did we save by spending more?
