    I think it was.
On my way home from school i'm cruising along on a two lane road. I pass this car with 2 tires off the road..there's no shoulder and there's a fence at the bottom. On the other side of the fence is the 65 mp hinterstate which they would be going head-on into.
    Ok whatever no big deal.
On this same road theres me and 2 cars in front of me behind a bus. This SUV thing swings out and passes the bus with the lights flashing and the "STOP" sign out. I was like that was about the dumbest thing you could do.
Whatever continue on with my day. Later that day i'm on the opposite side of the interstate. I make a left to go over a bridge. This chick in a prius pulls out from the exit ramp and I just about nail her. Slam on the brakes, wail the horn etc. So i'm like geez what is it with people today. So I continue across the bridge to go back to the first road I talked about. I put my blinker on and I have to wait for three cars. I look up in my rear view to see where this Prius is at....damn was she close to nailin me. I heard her tires screeching. This was literally like 10-15 seconds after I almost hit her the first time when she pulled out in front of me. You would think she'd pay more attention to what she's doing.
So after nearly t-boning her and then nearly getting rear-ended by her I proceed down the road. I see yet another car with two tires of the road...with the same 65 mph interstate just over the fence...people are dumb period.
RANT for stupid SD drivers lol

Its the same thing in Michigan man. 3 incidents of tires come off of cars in 2 days, and one incident the flying tire killed a guy. A month ago a wheel came of a tractor trailer and that rim hit and killed some lady in a Saab.

Not to mention tailgaters up the ASS. People need to wake their lazy ass up 5 minutes earlier in the morning and take their time.

Last year we were going up to a salvage yard and came across 2 tractors within a mile of eachother that weer both missing a tire....crap amazes me.

On a brighter note there was a cute chick in a sporty lookin suzuki that knew what was up. Also saw a cute chick at the gas station that was drivin a GP.

I wish I had pic of the greatest ricer I have ever seen. This ricer took care of the tailgaters around my hometown for years. It was a older green hatchback that had been hit to many times to count the guy had spray painted [I BRAKE FOR TALEGATERS] on the back.He drove it til he died a year or two ago.It sounds like u all need one.Its there best use.

What part of SD are you from? Take a drive through Sioux Falls at any time of the day. Pretty much everyone in that town drives like an idiot.

I wish I would have gotten the picture of that lady that drove her Geo tracker into the little sidewalk thing on the overpass for Lacross and I-90. That wall is like 3-4 feet high how did that little Geo make it over that wall.

    Up by Brookings?

I hate driving to work everyday. There are way too many idiots out there who are too busy doing other things to pay attention to driving.
