I emailed him asking if he still had the original wheels and hood. This is the response I got and you can tell he never he read the email I sent him.

    Hello,

Thanks for being interested in buying my car ,From the beginning you have to know that right now,I'm currently out of country so pick up isn't an option
I'm in the United Kingdom, just arrived here 5 days ago . Before I left the US (last week), I found a buyer and I had everything arranged.I paid for the shipping and sent it to him .But the buyer that I had asked me to wait another 4 weeks because his loan wasn't approved.I can't wait this long as I'm in the moving process to United Kingdom , changing the work place and everything ...So major issue is that if you want to buy my car you really need to have the money ready for it.

The vehicle is in excellent working conditions, no scratches or any kind of damage, clean title and it was always garaged . The car will be delivered at your home address in max 48 hours ,through DAS transport company ,it will come with all documents signed by me so you can easily transfer it on to your name.
I request only secure transaction that's why I prefer this sale to be done only through Ebay because we have full insurance from Ebay protection program and will also give you the chance to inspect the car before I receive the payment for it.
This purchase protection program guarantees that the car is exactly as I described; basically, once delivered, you'll have 10 working days to inspect it at your home .If you decide not to keep it you will get refunded in 24 hours and the same delivery courier will pick up the car and you don´t have to pay the return shipping. If the car meets your expectations and you want to keep it you will have to tell them to release me the payment details so I can get paid.

If you are interested in this purchase I can give you more details and pics.
    Let me know asap .
    Thanks

It's a definite scam. Kinda wonder if I should report it.

He doesn't own the car, this car was posted somewhere else before.

    Definitely a Scam.

You Send them a down payment of 1 grand or something like that, you try to then go see the car and thats when you find out you've been scammed
