Ok I ordered my 3.6" pulley on 07/07 and was expecting them to ship maybe thurs or friday. My order status went from pending to "In Process" on 07/08. Ok so I think they will ship it out the next day. i go and check the status and its the same. I call zzp 3 times through out the day and left a detailed messege with my name order number and call back number. I also send an email. On saturday I call them ans leave a messege. I also send another email. I figure sunday is closed so I call back monday about 5 times and go ahead and send another email. So today I call them and finally get a ****ing person. She asks for my last name and order number and I give it to her. She then tells me " Oh that pulley was out of stock and we are waiting on our supplier, i dont know why its taking that long, maybe theres people off or on vaction" So then I ask her the obvious question, why didnt you update the website to say that the pullleys are out of stock? Then I get a smart ass remark, I do not update the site nor do I care about fixing it. Good bye

I could have gotten the pulley some where else and had it today!
