I was sitting in my jeep the other day waiting for my g/f @ the mall. This old B!tch in a BRAND NEW Denali pulls into the stall right in front of me, and she is creeping ahead (towards me) and she keeps going, and keeps going, until my F@#%ing jeep rolls back a bit!!!! then she backs up like 4 inches, and proceeds to get out and head for the mall! I jumped out of my jeep and asked her what the F is wrong with her.... and she just looks at me like "what?" and she tells me she didnt hit me! As I am calling her every word in the " french" language I point out to her that the bumper on her new "clean" denali has a dirty scuff all the way across it, and my "dirty" Jeep has this clean mark all the way across it.... in the same spot! wierd? Then the old bag goes around to the back of my ride, and takes down the plate #??? I'm like YOU HIT ME B!TCH!! and so, it really did no damage or anything to my jeep, so I wasent worried about calling it in or anything, but I took pic's and everything, and her plate #. and sure enough, the RCMP call me, and say that I hit and ran on this bag!!! So, after I explained to them the whole thing, the A-hole tells me I am full of sh!t and I am being charged for hit and run! After I get off the phone with the retard, I go straight to the mall, and get ahold of security... they have a few cameras in the parking lot, and I was lucky enough to be parked right infront of one. So he made me a copy and I took it down to the cop shop, and asked for Officer A-hole that I was on the phone with, and showed it to him. So, now I am making the bag repaint my front bumper... and there is nothing wrong with it! LOL So in the end, for once... I win!

Well, if you were talking the same way you did to the old lady to the cop... I can see why he pretty much said "F You" on the phone.

If it didn't damage your Jeep why have her pay to repaint your bumper? Just in spite of her oblivion?

You never get ahead trying to get even.

I can imagine you probably have some sky high blood pressure from the sound of it

Then again, I was a pin cushion for a TB test where the broad stuck me 4 times and denied doing it when I told the real Dr. People lack backbones.

No, I was nice to the RCMP... learned that the hard way a long time ago...
And he is the one that told me to persue it, because if I did not, then they cand do anything, about it. From me going after her for the bumper, they can turn around and charge her for lieing to them, and wrongful something or other, towards me....

I still think you overreacted, but the fact she lied makes it more justifiable to pursue her because that's just BS. Needless to say I probably would overact if someone actually did damage to my GTP and I fume when something happens to my Dakota and what sucks is its a work truck so I find dents and scratches I have no idea where it comes from.

You know, that was the first thing that went thru my head... "if this was my GP!" But the point was the cow thinks she did no wrong! and then tryed blaming me!!!!! As I said, I had no intention of calling the cops, or anything about it. It was when she went and took MY plate # that I was like ???

It was in my Jeep.... its a 91 yj.... I was not worried about it. and I really didnt expect her to hit me... If I hit the horn the lod battleaxe would probably have a heart attack, and died on the throttle, and rammed me!!

Yeah, that's just ridiculous. She probably thought she could pull the "old lady" card and get away with it lol.

We had some older guy hit my parents Van, PUSHED us a good 2 1/2 feet and he tried to blame US. It's like, um... we had the rightofway. Of course he goes on and says this is his 3rd accident in his Caddy.

What they need to do is make a mandatory "re-test" for driving, some of these people are just as dangerous as hot-headed teens with no experience.

shoot man you can do better than a re-painted bumper. Go after her for "emotional distress" caused by her hitting your car and also for filing a false claim to the PD. When you get 10 g's in your pocket, then I'd say you've won

That's some bull for her to lie about the situation. Funny how that back fired on her and she's now paying for repainting your bumper lol. If you do something wrong:

    1.) Don't act dumb.
2.) Don't start accusing people of things

    I say you win.

you probably win getting your dirty bumper painted. but you actually lose for being so mean to her. of course this is new generation of hot heads thinking everybody else owes them a living. hope your not in that category.

I remember where i did something like that but i was on the other side.. I was turning into the video store from the main street an there was this truck tryin to turn out but when i turned in my front bumper rubbed into the back of his truck!! (thought i had enough clearance.) So i stopped an looked in my side mirror to see if the truck driver was going to get out but he just looked at my car for like 5 secs an left.... I was lucky on that 1. Guess he was lookin at it like my beat up truck an that guys nice car oh well.... lol

If it were me, I would have called the police right in front of her to report it. You're lucky, since the police often believe the first person who files the report.

People who do that in parking lots tick me off. I recently noticed marks on a vertical surface of my front bumper (where the bumper meets the grille). It looks like a truck slid his bumper over mine in a parking lot, then backed away. I was ticked, but unfortunately I didn't see it happen so there's nothing I could do.
