i have... 53 in a 35..... really stupid if you ask me i didnt even see the cop must have been hiding. anyways he showed me the lidar system and for a split second my radar picked it up and shouted STALKER STALKER STALKER at me.... i was like ? just kept cruising to work then about 2 miles down the road the cop caught up due to heavy traffic.... needless to say i was busted and i have to go to traffic school in a week hahaha " this happened right before the first of the year i was so pissed off.

so just wondering has anybody else been a victim of the new lidar system??? and yes i got gangbanged by a unmarked black state trooper not a local cop.

Since you're not allowed to have radar detectors up here.... I don't speed past places where cops can hide.

    Simple solution really.

Laser blockers are legal in MI, I wonder if they would prevent this new "LIDAR System".

Lidar is no joke, by the time your hit.. its too late. This is true to the other X and K bands. I have our state troopers run them from bridges, and have an assload of cars on the side of the road just waiting for the radio call to who was speeding.

As far as any laser jammer's working, its totally false. Do you really think the FCC would allow such devices?

Wait, how is this considered entrapment. If you are doing the crime, and they catch you, how is that entrapment?

entrapment?? that only is true if the cops sold the radar "jammers" to the general public knowing they don't work and have a cop on the corner of the cop shop waiting and giving tickets out as u speed past, that would be entrapment. As for breaking the law and getting caught that is conspiracy my friend, they are all out to get us, we must stay inside and baracade ourselves and stock up on food, waiting with the guns loaded..........lmao entrapment? please

The best thing you can do is just be nice and fully admit to what you did wrong and nothing else, i've been pulled over ALOT, and haven't had a ticket in over 3 years, and thats because of how respectful i am to them and fully admiting what you did instead of playing dumb...they know better. And on top of that if you do get a ticket thats just, quit *****in! Atleast you have a license and can drive unless you lose is, then its your fault anyway!

the respectful thing helps I got pulled over in a truck that was behind in reg and my liscense was suspended (my fault entirely)
cop came to the window I had already packed up my bag and construction gear and was ready for a ticket and the truck to get towed
he asked if i was aware of the reg i said yes (i did have a extension but wasnt visable)
he asked if i had warrents or anything told him about my liscense and said i knew what was going to happen. He thanked me for being honest and polite and let me walk home and leave the truck.... Ofcourse i walked back an hour later and got it...

Will the UV lights block a chopper from picking up your plates? Cuz I know a nice little spot by the border that's monitored by air only...

Entrapment??? hahaha Really? I use Radar and Lidar daily. Yes it's my job. Isn't it funny when people get caught doing something wrong, they get pissed off at the officer for doing his job. So I guess you don't want the officer to do his job, if that's the case would you not want him to do his job if you were getting the **** kicked out of you. It doesn't go both ways. It's easy don't speed... No ticket... Or like most people. We sit in the same spots all the time. Slow down before you get to us. Anyway that's my nickels worth... Don't hate me for my job. And I do occasionally give out really good advice for court, if you have to go.

your towns cops must be nice im not knocking yours im just saying ours will lately race into on coming traffic jsut to pull you over if you have 1 of 2 bulbs out and issue a warning on the liecese plate......... and cops do NOT respect normal everyday innocent citizens not saying all cops dont some do but a nice handful think theyre hot ****.... because they can arrest you. my issue is dont cops have better things to be looking for like drunk drivers drug dealers theft issues instead of bulbs.............

random traffic stops actually help catch drug dealers and such

It is real easy though if you see a police officer doing something dangerous report them

if you dont want to be pulled over dont do any thing illegal
the whole burned out lights thing is annoying but its just fix it ticket stuff and can cause accidents i.e brake lights turn signals
