PM GR8racingfool. He uses this stuff called admiral or ambassador or something like that. Said he got it at walmart i believe. He had it all over his car as well from his slicks. It also helps if you wax your car religiously.

I used simple green. takes it right off without harming your clear. good stuff. they also make a pre race spray.....so rubber doesnt stick when you do a burnout.

Tarminator works really well as well. I've never had a problem with VHT on my car because it's more show than it'll ever be "go", but anyway....if this stuff will take off road tar baked onto rocker panels in 90* heat (I think that's the trim piece that you are referring too, as well) , so it might work on VHT. Dunno unless you try, but best of luck wither way. I think if they're gonna spray that sh*t all over the track they should at least offer a complimentary detail job to the winner

I got mine at Auto Zone but to be honest I would much rather Farns get it for u cuz he's badass and I would much rather see the money go in his pocket than a franchise's

AutoZone carries Imperial? I don't think Farns makes enough off of that stuff to care whether you get it from him or AZ.

I dunno if we're talking about the same product SS. Im referring to stuff called "Tarminator" that I bought at AutoZone. You're talking about Imperial, different stuff. Probably dont sell that stuff at AZ, you're right. I know that Imperial will clean damn near anything, as well, just as good as Tarminator
