TX, well there's no median in their laws. They are straight up conservative laws. Its a conservative state. Where as most states are usually closely divided between liberal and conservative. Laws kind of suck in states where they swing completely one way. In states like that, it's more like a communist run state than a democracy. Unless you're a hardcore Republican, TX probably isn't your favorite state.. Nothing wrong with TX, they are serious about the death penalty, but you couldn't pay me enough to live there because its so biased. Ohio, where I live have some laid back laws except when it comes to traffic laws due to so much drug traffic since we have so many major cities. The laws are pretty much mixed all around here because we don't vote strictly to one party.
