    What triggered this?
I had a listing for sale (navigation deck) the other day and sold it on another forum and now I can't sell here (related?).
I don't post much b/c I'm moving out of the 3800's. I'm trying to clear the garage and if I can't post here I will be giving the deals on other forums, thus supporting boards other than here.
It will be cutting members here off from parts they need/want at special prices.
I am a member on over 5 other 3800-oriented forums, with well over 4,000 post's combined, and can provide user-names from each forum for buyers questioning my record.

Just post in the word association game thread.

    Boom, problem solved.

Its to prevent 1 post people from starting threads and trying to sell things and take money and run and flee.

    And....

I like the idea for a different reason, how many “new” people come on here every day looking for help, and couldn’t find their power steering pump if you pointed to it. And then you tell them what the problem might be and they are all put off by the answer not being “Ya that is easy to fix, just reach into your pocket, pull out some free magic lint, and sprinkle it on your hood, or any other car part you might be able to find, and your problem is fixed.”

Ten years of continuous driving excitement and counting!

I don't know if I had anything to do with this, but I did PM a admin suggesting that there should be a post count requirement to post in the for sale sections.

Yeah, not a bad idea. Maybe that's why there's finally no cell phone spam ads anymore lol
