I think the fact that you represent Alabama as a country means you MIGHT have been taught just a few incorrect things in history class.

well anyway, who cares if a online dictionary is liberal or conservative? Its freakin Wikipedia! Thats like saying you believe twitter and facebook leans liberal! C'mon! Most conservatives aren't hangin out online looking up important facts about politics or our country on wikipedia, they just listen to glenn beck or rush limbaugh (whom i think should be thrown into a no holds barred cage fight, to the death, winner wins a bullet through the forhead....thats just my opinion but thats a whole nother thread.) rant about how liberals destroy our country, and vise versa when the others in office. Politics is ALL BS and if you don't like something because it doesn't follow suite with your political beliefs....suck it up and quit pouting because thats all this country is, political bs so get over it!....imo

u must be the 1st "smart" canadian. yes, alabama does get depicted very badly on t.v...i do know of people that have a family tree with 1 branch....our school books were written in the northern states. but canada? i mean it's canada? it's funny how a person from another place knows everything about ur sh!t!.......yes i do know alabama is not a country....but hell, it should be!!!!! the south is gonna rise again....lolol charlie daniels said this....

I used to know of specific cases in multiple places in north american where teacher would teach completly inaccurate versions of history because thats what they believed and the students either believed it or went along with it for the marks.

Just because a book was published and printed in the north doesnt mean it wasn't written by a southerner.

thats true. the stuff my kids tell me about in their schools is actually kinda scary. thank God their almost out of school. remember a few months ago, when the teachers were teaching obama praise songs??? that's so liberal it stinks...

the reactions from certain folks that i work with was hilarious. some thought that he was actually gonna pay their bills and such....

....and now u hear alot of griping because he hasn;t sent out "checks" yet. like the prez gives a chit!!! yes , many didn't know any platform issues, just color.....oh well, i'm sure i'm to blame!..
