I heard nothing but great things about Overkill PCMs so I ordered one. That was a mistake. It took numerous emails to Will but he finally replied and I order the PCM. To his credit he tuned it and sent it out to me very promptly. Well I received it and it was damaged. I emailed him 5 times about it before he finally replied (he only replied after I told him I was going to contact my CC company to get my money back). We talked it over and he said he would send me a new one.
That was the last I ever heard from him. I talked with the CC company and they opened a dispute and I got me money back.....or so I thought. I just got a letter from them saying Will said he never received the defective PCM in the mail (which is BS because he signed for it) now not only did I not get my PCM. I lost the $229 I paid for it plus the $44 it took me to mail it back to Canada.
Eff Overkill.
