OK, so i come back to my apartment - mostly elderly live there, but behind our parking lot we have the crappy living-on-welfare apartments - and my buddies window is busted, they took his broken radar detector (speaker is busted)... I am so completely **** pissed off like no other...

Story goes that 2 years ago a car was stolen cuz they couldnt get the rims. The guy whose car was stolen has a sister - she drives a 05 BMW 330i with the M-Package styling and nice BMW rims... A year ago her genuine BMW aftermarket $2000 rims were stolen, car left on bricks. Now this!!!!

Out of topic someone today also stole my coworkers wheel - just one! And the place he works is close to those damn apartments...

Tommorow Im calling the condo asociation and the bloody cops, showing them the broken glass and if they wont do anything im getting signatures from the condo owner to istall cameras or a fence dividing us from those bloody apartments... And I just had a good time at a party, ****!

Funny thing is a lot of people here leave the cars open, windows etc... Theyre just old people mostly, retired and such. Peaceful condo community.

Anyone else got any ideas how to get thieves off the parking lot? Ridiculous!

Then theyll have a lot of more reasons to get busted... They are harrased for the cops about their pitbulls being loose by a busy street. Across from there are a lot of children and those idiots just let them loose - and those dogs get agressive, one time i saw the guy being bit by his own dog! OMG im pissed.

I don't think they're going to care too much...and nothing's happened to you...so until it does they're just going to laugh...

    But their families can...

On a side note...if they are dead, they don't have their side to the story.

Make sure that you know your gun laws before packing heat. If I remember correctly, Chicago is one of the most gun-unfriendly cities in the US. Don't risk getting youself thrown in the clink to make a point. On the other hand, I have always believed in the adage "Better to be tried by 12 than carried by 6!"

+ 1 on bear traps, if you can make it through the bear traps, rabid pitbulls with aids, and the gator pit with spikes and a 220 line chillin in the water then you can have my rims! just my 2 cents

Sounds like the best thing you can try in the suburbs is to get the Condo to put up tons of bright lights, cameras and signs. I remember friends having that problem in the crappy side of Oak Forest and the bright lights helped. Cops never helped, all they did was help file reports for missing lug nuts.
The rat poison idea sounds good for the dogs, locking lug nuts for your car sound even better.
How strict are the guns laws in cook county (outside of Chicago) anyway?

^^I realize a stock L36 is not as fast as the sticker implies, but this sticker has worked and it is still a hell of a lot of fun to drive considering it's a grocery sedan.

id say paintball gun and hide so they cant see you. If anything itl make you feel better when you shoot em. or do teh gun laws still apply as strictly there to?(not a gun owner or operator) or figure out how to run 110 into your car so they'd electrocute themselves. im just messing id move or just make them want to move thats what me and my folks did with our dumba$$ neighbors
