So me and my buddy got this Honda Accord for $50(needs a lot of work, but only about $600 dollars worth) anyways we head to the junkyard to pick up some minor things for the car.

We are in there for probably 20-30 mins. and then we come out. I open the trunk we put the tools in and then we are just standing around talking since i don't smoke in my car. Go to unlock the door and noticed that my handle just didn't look right, took a closer look and it was pried away and right then i already knew what happened, so i look in the car and stuff is throw all over the place, and the door is unlocked.

I look threw everything and everything was still in the car which made me wonder why the hell they would break in and not take anything, I even had some change in the center console and they didn't even touch that i feel as if they were looking for something better? or maybe they didn't have time to take anything, got caught.. who knows?

But i am still pissed out this because it seems like you can't have anything nice without someone coming and f-ing it up. My buddy says i really shouldn't be mad because nothing is missing, but i still and for the fact that someone unknown was in my car and i really don't know the purpose of why they were in there for all i know they could have looked at my insurance car to find out where i live to hit me at night...

Just thought i would share this with others because it has really been bothering me, guess my next step is to take a break from the performance and invest in a alarm

My Grand Am was broken into back in August of 2006.... stereo and a whole mess of other stuff was gone. I was actually traveling back home from school and stopped by a friends house on the way home. I had my xbox/games in the car as well. They got everything including my clothes. The only thing they left behind were my cd's and the change in the center console.

Yea... kind of a funny story...

A guy kept robbing a convenient store and coming through the celing. Note this happened multiple times. Finally the owner of the store setup an electrical alarm all through the roof. Sure enough the thief made his way through the roof, was shocked, fell and broke his leg. He couldn't leave. Police arrive, arrest the man (get him medical attention first.)

The funny part is, since electrical alarms are illegal, the thief sued the owner, and WON!!!

thas terrible... i mean that he won of course. i also cant stand it when people who are obviously either completely unintelligent or completely in tha wrong find stupid ways to turn things around on innocent people...

ex: tha guy who got shocked, fell through tha roof n broke his leg, sued tha store owner...

tha dumb*ss who burned their mouth or hand or whatev on "FRESH" coffee, but coffee none tha less, at some fastfood restaurant n sued them for not warning them tha coffee was hot...

what has tha world come to these days...

The coffee lawsuit was dropped actually... the women never won.

They are getting better about lawsuits these days. Everyone is suing everyone. I work in a hospital and a pregnant women did cocaine and fried her brain. The baby was delivered and is doing very well. Its in custody of the Grandparents I believe. Anyways, the mother is in a vegetative state and will not recover. The family filed a lawsuit against the hospital because "it is their fault she's in a vegetative state."

Pregnant women = high blood pressure, cocaine = raised blood pressure... Pregnant women does cocaine and you get the picture...

I wonder who the jury will side with...

Yeah, you're right, that's what I meant. I asked a buddy of mine about it on a road trip to look into one for me, he said they're illegal everywhere but some part in Africa apparently.

I was bummed, I would've loved to have seen the reaction to the cat trying to jump on my car the day I installed it

Idr how long ago this was but someone was breaking into some woman's house intending to rob it but broke either his arm or leg while he was robbing the place. He sued the owner of the house and somehow won.
