I know must of you guys do your own work, but im lookin for any trust speed shops in south florida. I am willing to travel a few miles if they do really good work. Price isnt to much of a concern since im hoping to do all this once the right way lol.

It might help someone get you in the right direction if you specified what you want done.

Just enough to get me to a 3.6 setup. Mostly headers id guess. N for comp. Their are a ton of shops down here, havent found one that constantly works on these cars

theres a reason they dont "constantly" work on these cars, a 3.6 is doable with minimal mechanical knowledge

Ohh how i wish i had that minimal knowledge. However im guessin ur sayin headers should be pretty good n dry for any performance shop? Wat about the tuning for the pulley drop?

Is this there website? Seems legit.
    MASPORT SPEED SHOP Home Page

Did you speak with their tuner Dan or someone just at the counter? I'd go back and speak to the actual tuner.

What is there to know about them? 3800's aren't some magical engine you need a PHD to tune. Its an engine and does the same thing every other engine does. Someone who tunes professional shouldn't have a problem.

Yea...knock happens in everything. Try talkin to the tuner himself, and not the counter bich

You're not really going to find any show that have worked on a 3800 really. Any good shop will be able to do work on anything and tune it. I'd look for a reputable shop, a GM shop would be a bonus.
