You Georgia folks know about the bad, bad weather we had on 3/14-15, 2008, My location expereinced hail in the avg size of golf balls. but some that were lying 2" deep on my back deck were the size of tennis balls / baseballs. And you guessed it right... Every car outside suffered severe damage. The caddy, the truck, MIL's car, Beth's 89 GP... Are probably going to end up all totaled by the insurance But atleast the roof on my house is still in one peice, (Amazing given the fact 2 tornado's passed close by!)

And, thank God the Daytona and the 89 were safely tucked away in the garage.

Thanks for thinking of me Ben...

I am near Gainesville, Ga, we had one tornado pass on the northeast side roughly 2000 yards, and the 2nd one was reported near old town Flowery Branch which is about 2 miles to the south of me... So we were smack dab in the middle of it...

Glad to hear you made it OK Dave It missed me by two blocks or so and I had Deidre's car in the garage working on it and the GP outside we went inside because of the siren going off and were watching the TV as they talked about 6 Flags and I just knew it would find the GP again the last time it looked like a golf ball and the painless dent people got it all out But this time all I got was some rain

OMG John, you did get lucky!!!! I remember WSB-TV channel 2 tracking that one storm system on their tower cam, the weather man said it was headed straight for Six Flags and your house!! .. I thought " I hope John's GTX is in the garage!!" Geeze you are a lucky man indeed John! Did you see the video from Northwest, GA. were a Tornado had touched down? They showed one large property with a huge house, swimming pool, spa, etc, There was a detatched garage that had been blown apart and the only thing left was the slab and two beautiful 60's Dodge Muscle Cars sitting side by side!! ..Dang! I bet that guy felt BAD!!!

    Well,

I got the Caddy STS back last week. It was $3800 to fiix that plus another new hood... At this rate I'm going to use up the remaining supply of 92-97 STS hoods in Dealers Parts Dept NOS inventory..LOL... Body Shop is still having a hard time finding the window trim pieces. It is out of production... Grr....

The Dodge Ram 1500 PU is in the Body shop now getting repaired after a huge fight between the Body Shop & the Insurance Co.about how to fix it... Geeez...
