    By using the 'Thanks' tab in the lower right hand corner of their post with the 'thumps up' symbol.

    Please make use of it when you feel it is warranted. I personally feel it is a good tool to help give recognition to those that are on here contributing and actively participating in the community.

    The Thank button will allow you to give thanks for helpful information that contributed to the solution or information to your inquiries and such but there is also still the Reputation as well. The thanks button is quick and easy and always positive. If a post was helpful to you, click on the thanks button for that particular post. Clicking on the reputation icon allows you leave particular feed back about something and can be either negative feed back or positive.
