Thread: chat off for a bit

This sever is having load issues so i disabled it for the time being till i can figure out whats going on.

Yeah I've been getting server too busy messages all the time.

i as well. usually happens at night after about 10:00 PM.

Yea, if them messages come up it helps me to know This server is pretty much maxed out. "way before i thought it would." So i started turnning some stuff off to ease up server cpu.

Maybe change the donation box back to donations for the fourm? That way you could up the data/bandwith limit withuot it costing you much.

Well donations really slowed down for the site. So i figured with branson meet to do the charity thing for a bit. Which over 3 months raised 155 dollars. I was hoping it would have went better. But yea i need to upgrade servers again. And will probley have to put some google ads up for non donated people to help pay for it. I not looking to get rich owning this site just not wanting it all to come out of my pocket.

the problem with this site is that you dont regulate the memberships. anyone can join and its pulling bandwidth just having so many damn members.

regulating members does not reduce the amount of people looking around on the site. Just creates to much work for the admin/mods to manual aprove them.

Issue with the server is high cpu usage.

Is it your Server or do you rent it?
