Where did you guys ground your subwoofer amp? It's pretty chinsy back there

Currently I'm using an Earl's Audio grounding plate... works great. It's a deal with room for 3 screws... kinda nifty. However, if you aren't running much juice (2,000rms or less) a ring terminal bolted onto one of the seatbelt studs under the rear seat works just fine. Just be sure to remove any paint around the contact area. Please note... this is NOT ideal, but it never gave me any trouble.
