Like Scotty said,

When you get the new clock spring don't spin the inner piece around inside it. You will need a clock spring that has the radio controls as an option. Disconnect battery, pull airbag, remove plastic housing around steering column, remove knee bolster. Follow the wires and swap out. I believe there is an additional wire to hookup for the wheel controls.

Also don't grab one with a deployed airbag if you want yours going off in a wreck.
