    Rule #1 of the interwebs.

Don't ask for an opinion or thoughts then get all pissy.

You wanted our thoughts, I gave you mine. Everything on the back side...decal and paint needs to go. Along with the black door bumpers/side trim. Debadge it, get the windows tinted, fix the front lower half of the bumper...maybe keep black painted fascias with the black wheels...then go from there. It's a Grand Prix, not a civic.

    Exactly...the wrong kind of WTH.

I like the car so far. I did the black around the liscense plate and took out the liscense plate and did the inside. I just wasnt feeling it so i took it off.

yes i realize this, thats why i said id take yur thoughts and opinions into consideration.
the part around the license plate was the last bit of plasti that i had left, so i used it and threw the can away.

havent really felt the need nor urge to go out and pull it off.
as far as debadging goes, the dip sh!t who owned it before me spray painted all the emblems black...
didnt bother masking it off more then 2 inches around them, so he got over spray just about everywhere.

any idea on how to get black over spray off the paint without messing it up?

I know I used Meguires ultimate compound wax and took some black specs off of the paint with it. I cant remember if that was from the black spray paint or plasti dip tho..

You could always give it a shot if nothing else. It may work.

true, i mite have to pick some up later and give it a try.
so i pulled the sh!t off from around the plate. took awhile. only used one coat, super thin.
might put my torque stars on for awhile, since i cant find a buyer that actually wants them.
    more pics later.

Kerosene works, just make sure the paint is cooled down in the shade...just get a towel and rub it on...probably a microfiber you dont care about as I wouldn't use it afterwards on anything else. Just have a bucket of soap water and a hose ready as you don't want to let it sit on there for more than a minute or so...that or diesel fuel works but they aren't great on the clearcoat.

i used brake cleaner as well....but that was on my escort, and the clear coat was already gone, so i dont know if it'll effect it :/
