Sorry this took a while. There are two bolts (Star type) in the back frame rails of the buckets. Take them out. There is nut holding the seatbelt on, take that off. Unhook the electical connection under the seat. The front of the seat is held by hooks at the end of the rails. Raise the back of the seat up and unhook it. Remove the seat.
Removing the old covers and replacing them is like Scotttydogs said, kind of self explanitory. The end result on mine is not exactly perfect, but looks good to me.
I had/have a tan interior and replaced the seat covers with black. I think it looks really cool. Tan seatbelts and headrests, tan carpet, black stock accents on the dash and doors, etc.
