That will kinda tell you if you're maxing your stock injectors or not. And yes, you need a tuner to figure this out.

I bet you are only using ~60% because you arent cammed or even intercooled.

So, this would be like a 3.2 on a GenV, right? This cat's got a 3.3 - I wouldn't be surprised if the injectors were going static to quench knock because he doesn't have the proper supporting mods.
Irridium spark plugs last 100k mi and work just as well as copper. Copper is a waste on N/A and only lasts 15k mi. Don't use Platinum.
Use 195* tstat unless you can thoroughly explain why not; 99.9% don't need a lower temp.
Almost any oil filter, ever, is of higher quality than ACDelco. Spend $6+.

No point in guessing till we have scans with WB readings.

open the app, go to settings, go to manage extra pids/sensors, go to the menu and add predefined set, select pontiac/gm/opel/vauxhall, then exit the app and uninstall it and reinstall it, then open the app and go to realtime information, go to the menu and add display and select digital, Add knock retard, long term fuel trim, short term fuel trim for bank 1 on both of those, injector pulse width. Then you'll have a lot better info to give us as to what is wrong with your car. Anymore questions just ask.
