    FWIW don't worry about the vacuum lines. Vacuum doesn't exisit when you are under boost conditions.
    I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.

    ok so the crank did not turn by hand, got scared thought the motor had locked up. Took both belts off though and it fired up! also just put new starter in! Any ideas?

    alright new news! a/c clutch was bad and needing replaced i knew this already before belt broke. reason why car wasnt starting after putting new belt on was that the a/c clutch or ac pully is locked up. is there a way to just bypass it for now? a shorter belt or anything?

    Yes.. go to the parts store and get a bypass pulley for it. They sell kits.

    is it possible to do with just a shorter belt and not having to buy that pully?
