Well I finally got a tint ticket. Not a big one though, $57. Even my rear plate cover was mentioned, but no ticket for that. Removed the plate cover on the spot. Kinda silly if you ask me, it was not obscuring the plate in any way. Just a simple clear plastic cover to protect the plate.
I have removed the front tint already. Almost cost me $45 but their debit machine was malfunctioning so they let me go.
I can try to get the ticket reduced by showing the tint has been removed on my court date on Valentines Day next year.
