Rice...
A failsauce mixture of ignorance, youth, and bad taste. Most grow out of it, some don't. How someone decides to dress their car isn't something that bothers me really. The only thing that pisses me off is how they have ruined street scenes across the U.S.
IMO, you can be a "ricer" even behind the wheel of a nice vette. Not because of how the car looks obviously, but if you're driving like a dumbass 16 year old with something to prove...you're being a ricer.
Now on the other side of things, people piss me off with this anti-rice BS. When someone looks at a stock STI and calls it rice...it's time for them to GTFO.
