you need to watch the dog whisperer. you tube has vids if you never heard of or saw the show, frigging guy is amazing with aggressive dogs, most of the time its fear, not that they are viscous, they seem to think you are weak, and need them to protect you, (you need make it clear to the dog, with out words mind you) who the pack leader is.

the younger they are when you nip this in the bud the better, you seem to know that already tho. good luck, still a cute pup.

Thanks, and yeah she knows her role. I have had quite a bit of guardian dog breeds. Shes very well behaved with the family, she listens well, and she will ignore strangers to a certin point. its when they move in to pet or get beside her she will go into attack mode. We have been working with her quite a bit as she is going to be around 140lbs and I dont want a liabilty like that. Hopefully she will learn, shes a smart dog and accels in training. Just cant seem to shake the chip off her shoulder lol. Shes a Cane corso/Itialian Mastiff If anyone was wondering

sounds like a lot of peoples problems on that show, shes guarding you, and you need to let her know she don't need to, its all physiological **** you do to your dog, like no talking, just a look and your posture. a quick touch to the hind quarters to redirect her works great too, and the heel tap works great too, with the dog on your left, take right foot behind your left leg, and hit the dog with your right heel, they are like man, they never see that one coming.

its just like house breaking them, they get that look right before they are going to piss all over, when you see that look, then redirect them, so it never get to the dog getting crazy.

ok blah blah im done lol
