The IAC take it out and take a rag spray carb clean on it then with your finger put it in and move it in a circle to clean the bore ,then take the rag and clean off the penile of the IAC,On the throttle body you can spray carb clean in there then hold open the throttle plate and wipe the bore out.On the MAF I`m not real sure but if I find out I`ll let ya know cause I have to do the same.
