Again, you failed to do the one thing I asked.

Thanks for being there, I don't know if I could make it without you being there.

    I never did.

    Again, I never did.

Edit: Moved, cluttering up other thread.

Just to put this out there:

    http://www.compnine.com/vid.php?vin=1g2wp52k7wf331038

Found 58,000 vehicles matching your year and model in our database.

58 000 four doors in 98 on file.

    37,747 with RPO L36

    20,253 with RPO L67

    http://www.compnine.com/vid.php?vin=1G2WP1210WF259325

Found 35,377 vehicles matching your year and model in our database.

    35 377 2 door

    12,345 with RPO L67

    23,032 with RPO L36

I realize this only accounts for 93 377 vehicles of the 142,346 you claimed were produced.

But thats 93 377 more than you were able to account for.

Based on this, the GTP is far from uncommon.

However I still stand by the statement that in my area, they are uncommon.

I guess you missed were I posted the info was from Don Keefe who wrote the book "Grand Prix
    Pontiacs Luxury Performance Car."

The website you posted also says my car is a 1 of 1.

I'm not saying the website is terrible or wrong just that I find it funny to hear a Grand Prix be a 1 of 1.

Writing a book = you can't be wrong?

If this information from the thread is true...

For 2004, there were 131,551 GP sold:

    GT1: 27%
    GT2: 52%
    GTP: 7%
    Comp G: 14%

For 2005, there were 122,398 GP sold - numbers are probably similar.
...then ~1 out of every 5 Grand Prix's were supercharged. I would presume the supercharged option to be less common or rather uncommon at that point. But that's 2004.

So a white 1997 4 door GT GTP option with ugly tan leather interior and a sunroof is a 1 of 1? That's almost hard to believe. Too bad it doesn't increase the value.

Where did I post that? All I said is that I pulled the numbers from his book. Don keefe is a noted automotive writer and Pontiac guru. Could he be wrong when he did his research with the Pontiac history society-Possibly. Does it really matter-No. These cars will NEVER be "worth" anything.
