If it's always one cylinder, it's not TPS, IAC or sensor related. It'll be plug, plug wire or coil. ....once in a while..ICM, but that's a last resort.

well now see thats the thing plugs, wires, ICM, coil to that cylinder are all new. And, i swapped injectors around to see if it was that and it stayed in number three. It has a new fuel filter iv run fuel injector cleaner through it we replaced all the vacuum lines and even sea-foamed the car. The only thing that stops me from thinking it is mechanical is teh fact that it goes away when the ac is on or when i hit the gas. What else could it be?

Swap plugs between 3 and 5, see if the misfire moves. maybe a cracked plug.

New parts can be bad. If none of this cures it..I'll send you under the valve cover.

ok i just went outside and swapped the 3 and 5 plug and unplugged the battery. Is there any possibility it could be the egr or the tps?

Things like the sensors..only sense. The EGR and IAC control exhaust and vacuum into the motor to make it run differntly. They do this before the SC or right at the TB basically. That's why one cylinder misfiring is never caused by them. Because all cylinders are pretty much fed the same by the stuff.

The only things that effect one cylinder are injector, injector wiring, valves, piston, plug, wire, coil, icm.

Now you know all my secrets of diagnosing and I'll have to silence you..want a bribe?
