Silva man's fries looked really good the other day, while I was chowing down the Atkins food.

Exercise man.. go to the gym and get on a machine for an hour. You do the Atkins stuff and the exercise and you'll start dropping.

the atkins diet is actually very unhealthy for you. read up on it before you get too deep.

Atkin's diet is the absolute worst. If you haven't read anything convincing, then you haven't tried very hard. Carbohydrates are energy and are needed.

Balance and moderation are the keys the healthy eating. Excercise is the key to losing weight.
