The Wheelen CSP660 is a strobe power supply. Usually only used for Emergency vehicles. Police, Fire, Rescue etc. It is not an amp. Was your car a police vehicle???

Yea i realized it was a strobe supply after I posted this haha. Says strobe supply.... and idk I still have the strobes they are in my headlights and tailights. They are blue but i dont think it was a police vehicle maybe volunteer firefighter?
Anyways from further reading i realize i need a line output converter how should i go about connecting this and is it safe?
